I have recharged my prepaid phone with rs 598 on 1st aug 2020 and the transaction id was 1032752291
However on 121 it shows the pack expires on 15th aug and in the recharges it says details not available
as i dont possess a smart phone and am a senior citizen i cannot check this on an app and there is only ivr on 121 and 111
kindly let me know on which no i can lodge my complaint and get this matter resolved
