Hello Sir,
This is to informed that i got a call one call from technowave analytics company (9909467002)regarding data entry job and they take my adhar card and signature for registration purpose and say me that you will have 6 days to complete the work(590 form Filling) they mail me on 04/08/2020 after sending work mail they said that you will must need to call our customer care before starting work when i called them on 04/08/2020 at 5:28 pm they switched off their phone and i am tried whole time to login to complete the work,as the have assigned work without any intimation.
Yesterday (5.8-2020) i got a mail from Technowave Analytics containing my ID and password at 4:49pm,did not get any help till morning time.
Today (6.8.2020) morning at 9:33am i have been informed through whats app to login with the given ID and Password,.Hence as per instruction i have logged in once to check whether the ID is working or not.Post checking i confirmed the customer support that the same is working fine & then i have logged out.
Hence there was only a single attempt by my side in a single device.There were no multiple attempts from multiple device,
Again i tried to login from the same system and same device at 5:55 pm however it was showing as “Your account has been locked due to multiple login /mobile login.” when there was no multiple attempt from my side.
Now i contacted Technowave Analytics’s customer support and they are forcing me to pay rs.739/- along with providing wrong information as I have not logged out from the system.
For your kind information I got the home page viewed in the morning post log out,and the log out was in a proper complete way so that i got back my home in system.
Hence my concern is there was no multiple attempts and proper log out method,still the customer service associate of Techno wave analytics forcefully asking money from me and threatened to redirect to Rajkot ,Gujarat.
This a fraud business have been started up to take money from the people who are jobless in the name of giving Job.
I don’t want to work with a fraud company like this company,want to fulfill all formalities to quit your Job.
And as per agreement it was not mentioned that intentionally blocking ID and passwords by your side you people will block associates to stop their job & then the company will ask for money.
This is a fraud business
