I did 100 rupees to-up plan today by suing internet banking, the amount has been deducted from my account but still I cant make call to any number except JIO. The message for successful recharge has also came to my inbox, whenever I am making call to any number is is saying that you don’t have any recharge or balance in your account to make call. Here I am attaching the transaction detail and the successful recharge message which was sent by JIO team. Kindly go through it and do the needful.
