I would like to request you to please look into my issue and see how Bajaj finance customer care officers are cheating a me. I have been following their officers continuously for a month but no one is resolving this issue. I want to extend my Voucher (Book my show and Big Bazaar) expiry date, which is currently May 31, 2020 and due to the lockdown I cannot go to the store to redeem these Vouchers, but Bajaj team has been ignoring for 1 month. in the last movement they are saying that “With reference to your email we would like to inform you that  expire dates depends upon dealer kindly contact your particular dealer for more information” Which is actually fraud for a customer.

Your team has already extended my last month’s coupon expire. But I don’t know why they are not extending my remaining coupons.

Please do the needful ASAP, because I can’t go out to use these 3000 Rs.
