I, Dr. Supriya, had recharged my vodafone number with 149/- on 10th december 2020( today at 8.08 am). The above balance had been deducted from my account but my vodafone balance is still zero. I have tried to contact and talk to vodafone customer care executive innumerable times. Some operator voice gives several options except the option for talking to the executive. I want to lodge a complaint regarding cyber crime and irresponsible response from vodafone. I have lost lot of time trying to contact them. I expect an early response, otherwise no customer would want to stay on with that particular service provider. Will upgrade complaint to TRAI too.
