Text of Complaint by Simon Kachhap:

On 11th Nov 2020 I had done recharge on My Airtel app, on first payment it showed recharge unsuccessful so I done recharge again. But my account got deducted twice and amount didn’t get reverted.

Many time it happens and amount reverts back. But this time didn’t happen same.
