Recharge amount Rs.500/- was made to mobile number 9632972742 (not mine) yesterday evening. Although the amount has been debited from the bank account it has not been added to the prepaid number mentioned. Please reactivate outgoing calls on the mobile number mentioned. Or refund the amount.
