Sir,

I successfully recharged an amount of Rs 555 my other gio number 9113843565 on 29.10.2020 at 1.11pm via HDFC payZapp.but the offer couldn’t delivered my mobile from still 6 days ago. The amount debited from my credit card account.The HDFC bank need for gio (merchant)confirmation by mail or  letter head for recrediting the recharged amount. But gio customer care didnt agree with my complaint.pls do need full . further details please find attached file.
