Hi, I had recharged my airtel no on August 6 2020. I made my first recharge and it got failed n tried another time and that was also failed.After sometime made recharge through a 3rd party account n it was successful. So i was expecting a refund but refund was not provided n so i called customer care.but they say all 3plans will be activated simultaneously..how can this be of use to.me..i
kindly do the needful to orocess my refund.
