Text of Complaint by Sumit Joshi:

  1. On 13 Jun 2020 I was doing my Vodafone number port to BSNL han so I had called on 1900 to Port my number 9761 368 375 after that a call come from Vodafone that Dawn to your sim port we are giving to an offer where on 199 recharge you will get double data offer it means 2GB per day for 28 days then I decided to cancel my port and I cancelled that and on 14 June I decided to recharge on Vodafone for 199 so that I call to customer care to information that it is true or not so I got customer care there a customer officer told me that do recharge if you got an call that will be available it means if you got a call for 2GB per day data double data offer so you will get that then I decided to recharge on one 1:38 p.m. after that I call to customer care on 1:48 p.m. then they then I asked that I got only 1GB per day by so that are that the server I am not uploaded so you should we call on 15 minute after then I called on 158 then I told my problem that this is you told me that you will get 2GB data per day but I want only 1GB data per day then I decided to call their higher officer they call their transfer there call to their higher officer but at the call disconnected after that I decided to 1 hour to call their customer care but that doesn’t answer if you can’t give me a double data offer so why you told me why you wasted my money I don’t know what the hell is going on I want my money back
