Text of Complaint by JAYA NEELAKANDAN:

My Grandmother had ordered a saree from Ustana which claimed to be a kanjeevaram saree pink shaded but we received a very low quality saree and a diffrent one which doesn’t even match the saree we ordered. It was cash on delivery and delivered by the company Xpressbee.
