I had received a wrong item.

I have order for “Eyebro tool thrush aids to repair eyebrows” but what i have recieve is “mobile phone cover” on 22 june 2019.
I have done a complaint on 22nd june 2019. Which i got a complaint id #202784 and #205235.
The clubfactory representive told me that the item will be pick up within 3 days and the amount will be refund only after returning the item.
Still the item is not pick uo and whenever i call the customer care they told be to wait another 3 days.
