Text of Complaint by Manish Kumar:

I took a 15000/- loan from Lazy Pay in 2018. It need to return 15888/- to Lazy Pay in 6 EMIs for which ECS mandate was done with my bank. I paid all 6 EMIs in the next 6 months as scheduled in the bank. But Lazy Pay didn’t close the loan and kept punching the NACH and didn’t intimated me through SMS or email or call. Meanwhile I uninstalled the app as my loan was fully paid by me. Now I started receiving SMSs from Lazy Pay that I have 5000+ Rs due to bouncing ECS. I was shocked!! I emailed them & asked about it. They confirmed I full paid my loan on time but a couple of payments made to Zomato were pending. I checked and found it to be a lie. I asked them 2 questions:
1. Why they didn’t inform me if it was going on for 4 years?
2. Even if there was some Zomato payment of Rs 500-600, why they kept punching NACH when it was only applicable for Loan which got fully paid?

No reply from there side but they are saying we will keep charging penalties and you have to pay this amount now.
