Text of Complaint by Ananth iyer:

Airtel badly needs to upgrade their systems in this 21st century…in spite of making my payment for postpaid service on 31st dec 2021, I still get a msg on 3rd jan 2022, stating that my payment is due..this is horrible considering the fact that I’m a platinum customer since 2019.
