is your problem resolved because i too have faced some serious problem like this harassed to pay money and calls from advocates upto now i payed a sum of RS.60,000 to avoid those problems as it was the mistake i have done and after that asked me to pay more 45,000 to avoid legal issues so i didn’t pay them any amount further and i blocked all of those numbers and smshlp so i req u to dont pay any money to them as it was considered as a fraud.

plss dont panic and dont be tensed they are all fraud and are not real advocates if u pay money they will ask more and more money thats what happened with me our weakness and fear was their advantage so dont respond to them just block all of their numbers in truecaller thats the best way u can save urself

They are not advocate. Chill they cannot do anything. The section which they have mentioned is non cognizance offence. Don’t reply to them and don’t get panic in front of them

dont respond to those calls and messages just block all of them and block SMSHLP ALSO after they asked me to pay more 45,000 then i came to know that if u pay them they will ask more and more money so every number they called me it was a spam call and upto now i blocked more than 10 numbers when i checked those numbers in truecaller they just want to make u tense so that u will pay them money so its better to avoid them and block all their calls and emails or messages its the best thing u can save urself from them

dont panic and pay the money nothing will be happened just dont bother about them dont lift their calls and dont respond to their messages block all of them if u panic and pay the money in fear they will ask for more money dont lift their calls and neither respond to their messsages block everything its all fake and everything is fraud

dont panic and dont call them it will be ur weakness they want even i got that type of message it says that u are not responding to us so pay the us the required money to avoid legal actions and feel free to call the particular number(8141396739) which has many spam reports and there after i never responded to them they keep on doing calls to me i blocked every number and the sms from which they send so called SMSHLP i even blocked that one also and till now i haven’t received any mail or something like that.

dont panic and pay the money even i have received the same message from them and i haven’t received any notice either in mail or courier hence i blocked all those numbers in true caller dont ever respond to them nothing will happen dont feel tense just dont respond to them

no need to be afraid for that message even i have received that type of message from there i have blocked all those numbers and SMSHLP in true caller and never responded to them so they stopped calling me pls u also do the same dont feel tense they cant do anything ur fear and tense is their advantage
They send me sms saying they have dispatched the legal notice to my address . What to do sir . Plz help
I also got involved myself in this kind of fraud, they offered a work for “Captcha filling job” from “FNA Solution”. They offered a simple task of filling 10000 captchas and asked to complete it in 10 days if not completed then need to give penalty of 4500. But they didn’t send any link to even start working on that task.
And even the number from they contacted me, that number is also fake, whatsApp no more exists on that contact and now I called that number so somebody else is picking it up.
Now they are threatening me by sending emails from some advocate and asking me to pay that penalty otherwise they will file 420 and 406 against me. And then I need to pay 150000 or 250000 in court.
I have just filed a Cyber crime case against it.
even i have received that sms that they will send legal notice to my address as i am not responding but i haven’t received the one and i stopped bothering about them and blocked all of those numbers just dont feel tense and dont get feared about them and the sms which u r received from block those also and u can set them in true caller as block numbers which r not in ur phone book set that option u wont receive any calls or messages from them

there is no need to panic about those numbers and messages just block all of them in true caller there is an option to block the numbers that you dont have in your contact list

No need to panic just don’t respond to their calls and block them straight away if ur using a smart phone and u r having truecaller there is an option block the numbers which r not in phonebook it’s the best way u can save urself
