I order some of the products from nykaa in December and with I received a voucher of rs 500 but there was not any terms and conditions or any minimum value mentioned and even after receiving nothing mention and when I try to redeem that coupon over the product which has amount of rs 2400 it was not applicable and then i talked to the customer care they told me the product value should be minimum 3000rs like who will tell me this? Nothing mention in there policies these things should have tell before this is a complete scam. Now I talked to the customer care they said they can’t help me
