Myself Prasun Banerjee, a JIO user since few years. I had been using JIO postpaid since July’22 last week and shifted to Prepaid plan on 22nd November 2022 evening.
Matter-1 :
When I was using Postpaid connection total commutable data was around 30 to 40 GB (of 100 GB) per month and carry forwarded the remaining data to next month. Lastly when I was shifted to Prepaid approximately 146GB unused data was lost.
Matter-2 :
Now I have shifted to prepaid 1.5 GB per day plan and recharged for 365 days on 22nd November’22. After shifting very next day receiving 100% data usage SMS within few minutes from mobile data on.
For your information, I’m using same mobile and same network on both circumstances above.
Now my question is –
1. How my data consumed so fast?
2. After contacting Customer Care on yesterday they have launched a complaint against my query and gave me a complain no of MR00014PGY7C.But not gating any confirm mail or SMS after launching this complain. Not only even didn’t get any response from them also.
3. Today I have called them again and when I ask to transfer the call to senior executive, they had holed my call for 20 minutes and call getting disconnected.
4. I am a recent user of both Prepaid and postpaid, but in postpaid connection data usage is more reliable and authentic.
Requesting you to look into this matter and take a necessary action to help us (hopefully many users are facing same issue) to solve this problem.
