Text of Complaint by Vignesh:

On July 7th, 2023, I placed an order for a Pack of 5 Men’s polo t-shirts, imported from Turkey, priced at Rs. 999, from brandvilla (https://brandvillaco.myshopline.com/products/pack-of-5-men-polo-t-shirts-2). I chose the cash on delivery option for payment. However, upon receiving the package on July 12th, 2023, at 11 am, I was shocked to discover that only 2 worn, used, and torn garments were inside. Immediately, I tried to initiate a return process, but I encountered issues with the website. I was unable to log in or reset my password. Despite these difficulties, I managed to access the returns page and entered my order ID and email, only to encounter a response error. Regrettably, I am unsure how to contact the seller, as the package had been previously rejected by someone else. It is disconcerting that the package contained previous user details, and it appears that the seller consistently uses fake information, albeit with a nearly identical shipping address.
