Hello sir/medam

Actually i send the payment on 22oct 2022 around 7pm via credit card rent payment by paytm and 

it’s order ID is 19431111432 and Transaction Ref ID 229569572150 the payment is deducted from the account as successful but receiver not getting the payment it is not shown in his paytm wallet or bank account  anyway kindly help me out of this

 I m constantly contact in paytm customer care but they all are confuse and not responding properly kindly help me as soon as possible I m eagerly waiting for your response
