I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue with my recent order, which has left me quite dissatisfied and inconvenienced.
On 21st Sept, I placed an order with your company, Order ID: rm23108, for two vape devices. However, upon receiving the package today, I was shocked to find that the contents did not match my order at all. Instead of the vapes I had ordered, I received nail polish bottles.
This mix-up has not only inconvenienced me but also caused a great deal of frustration. I was really looking forward to receiving the vapes, and the incorrect items I received are of no use to me.
I kindly request immediate action to rectify this situation. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for the following:
1. A return shipping label for the incorrect items (the nail polish bottles).
2. A prompt replacement of my original order for the two vape devices or refund of my money
3. Confirmation of the return process and the expected timeline for the replacement shipment.
I urge you to resolve this matter swiftly, as I was counting on having the vapes for personal use. It is crucial to me that this issue is resolved as soon as possible.
