I have ordered MSI Monitor PRO MP241 costing Rs. 8994.00
Received the product on 01st of July 2021. The original Box was packed in another Box from Amazon. When I returned home and Open the box, I found that the monitor inside was not of MSI but an old and used Samsung monitor..
After checking the product at same time, I have raised the complain, and talk to the customer support executive regarding the wrong product I received. They told me to upload the product image and invoice copy which i did at same time. Then CSE told me that it will take 4-5 working days to resolve.
Today (i.e. 09th of July 2021), when I called the Customer care for the status update, they are saying that nothing is wrong from their end, and will not be in position to return or refund. Also they are not saying anything that how I can get my product of money back. They are fully blaming me and asking me for a proof, that I received the wrong item. Even I told them to send their executive at my home and check that what monitor I am using. I told them to give me a proof that the original monitor was their in the Monitor Box, but they didn’t say anything.
When I asked them that why they are not allowing the customer to check the product in from the the delivery person for electronic item, then they disconnected my call.
I really don’t understand, what I have to do now, as I have lost my money and I didn’t get the product as well.
Can I get any help to get either product or money.
