I had ordered 8 pieces of regular ware inner set on 8th April 2023 through the SAREE SANSAAR site and and after few minutes an order conformation mail has been received to my mail. I opt for cash on delivery for Payment method a sum of rupees 599. I had mailed in this mail id care.sareesansar@gmail.com that they had provided in their website about my order tracking unavailability .Today on 18th April 2023 I had received my order through E-kart logistics and payment has been made. When I opened the packet the received item is entirely different from what I have ordered.
Kindly do necessary action by exchanging or refunding.
