Received wrong product from Myntra (Bedsheet delivered instead of Skechers Shoes) — not resolving even after multiple complaints

Text of Complaint by Arshdeep:

I placed an order on Myntra for Skechers Men Running Shoes (Order ID: 1313719 48070263253101).
However, I received a Raymond bedsheet set instead of the shoes. I have complete unboxing video and photos as evidence.

Timeline:

Original delivery date was 02 Nov, later delayed to 03 Nov

Tracking showed shipment reached my nearest hub on 01 Nov

When delivered, the parcel contained a completely different product

Since then, I have contacted Myntra customer care 4–5 times daily (calls + chat + emails including grievance mail)

Despite providing proof and repeatedly following up, Myntra is not resolving the issue, not arranging pickup, and not processing refund. Every time I contact support, I receive generic responses with no action taken.

This has caused:

Mental harassment and stress due to constant follow-ups

Time and productivity loss, as I also have other work and responsibilities

Waste of effort running behind a basic resolution that Myntra should handle proactively

Today is 8th November, and the issue is still pending.

I request consumer support to intervene and direct Myntra to:

Initiate immediate pickup of the wrong product delivered

Process a full refund without delay

All evidence (unboxing video, images, tracking screenshots) is available and can be provided.
