I received wrong product from Myntra. They delivered an artificial bracelet instead of an Adidas Men Green Hooded Football Sweatshirt. I raised a return request but Myntra is not picking up the wrong product and they are stating that they have delivered correct product. Raised multiple complaints but still no response and auto-closing the complaint. This has been happening from last 1.5 months and they are not refunding me my money. Myntra is not disclosing details of their internal investigation and on the basis of that they are saying that they have delivered the product.
