Received item on 18 feb 2019,
I received wrong product, this is not what i ordered
This was my first order on your site and received wrong product
I ordered
FASHION SPORT SMART WATCH – 1 YEAR WARRANTY
and received
Y1S CAMERA SMART WATCH WITH BLUETOOTH – 1 YEAR WARRANTY
i don’t like this, this is very bad first experience and disappointing service
since then i am continuously mailing them but the mail from there id : care@looponline.in
is bouncing back. they don’t even have any customer care no. and not even having any address.
i know i had made a big mistake on ordering through such site. please help if any thing possible. i request you to take strong action against such sites which are creating frauds.
please help…
