I have ordered a soft silk saree worth 1500/- but received wrong product which is of 150/- to 200/-. Request you to take action against complaint. Oder number : Order #KY9915

I had ordered 2 sarees of some Paithani silk costing each 1499/- from Kalyani silk sarees bogus company they delivered me cheap quality sarees same day within half an hour I called the courier person he also did not pick up the phone and I sent the photos on WhatsApp they delivered sarees but they also did not picked the phone then I received WhatsApp saying that it is courier mistake it will take 3 weeks replace the sarees but it is more than 1 month I have not received the sarees nor they are responding to my WhatsApp message This is cheating case please look into the matter and oblige me
