Text of Complaint by Chaitanya:

I ordered a laptop worth Rs 60000 on 8.11.21 and received a wall clock worth Rs 600 on 12.11.21. Applied for replacement and received Milton casserole set worth Rs 444 on 24.11.21.
I want to file complaint against flipkart for undue delay in delivering the right product and causing mental agony to customer.
I had previously filed a complaint with docket number 3106840.
