Hi Team,
I ordered a laptop bag on big billion days from Flipkart . They sent me a similar product of lower value. When I talked to their representatives they are denying me to provide the correct product. They are now saying that they will give me the refund instead of right product. I have waited my time waiting for the product and not getting the product is cheating with customers.
