Text of Complaint by Anshul Bairagi:

I have ordered OD331070458494704100 PUMA Solid Men Crew Neck Yellow T-Shirt) on 23th apr costing 650.I have received this on 27th april the delivery boy found it was different product. He told me to talk to customer support service. I raised a complaint with Flip Kart customer care immediately with different wrong item and on the same day my request got approved by seller was being told that after pickup your refund will be initiated. But when the delivery person reach my address for pick up he denied to pick up that item and told me in my logistics app it was showing to pick only yellow puma tshirt( the original one which I haven’t received). I again called the customer care and informed the same they raised a complaint regarding it and told me to wait 24 hours, but on the very next day again ekart executive rejected my request without approaching me from, sitting at his office no call no information from his side reason was same that there was a error in his logistics app as it was showing same old original tshirt, then again I called customer care they raise a new request and again they told me to wait then again the ekart executive rejected it without informing me and on loop till today this issue is been running I HAVE REACHED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM MORE THAN 40 TIMES, 4 MAILS, MORE THEN 6 TIMES I HAVE UPLOADED THE IMAGES AND NOW ALSO I GOT NO RESOLUTION

a reputed platform like Flipkart a reputed brand like puma and they are not even that much capable to solve my tiny issue till now no responses from your side nothing, my calls also got disconnected from your side all the time in between. I am surprised to see the casual response from Flipkart customer care. This is not anticipated from FlipKart. I highly condemn this seller and FlipKart support service for this unprofessional response.
I expect a full refund from Flip Kart asap. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME FROM FLIPKART FOR THE SAME.
