Dear Sir
I have received the wrong product as above mentioned order ID . My wife received the product instead of me from your WM.But the received product is totally wrong and the serial number is also different .When I checked this then I initiated the request to return the product as the wrong product but was unable to do the same due to open box delivery . Your seller packed the wrong product and cheated me as well as Flipkart .
As a result now I am harassing to return it. I request you kindly do the needful to return the wrong product and refund my money or give me the right product otherwise Flipkart will force me to take necessary action against you from the consumer forum .
And I request you kindly take necessary action against this seller .
