Ordered sony headphone with earbuds combo vide order no-10756 on 02-08-2020. Wrong product delivered on 07-08-2020 and ₹1799 paid by me for that order. I tried to contact essentials me.com on phone which is not reachable. I checked the reviews which shows that this website is fraud and cheated many customers
