Dear sir/madam
My Name is BG Ramesh, I have ordered from Amazon Renewed Dell Optiplex 3020 Min CPU (Core I7 4th Generation) But I have received an wrong product which is Dell Core I5 Desktop PC, I have attached Pics of wrong product and my self attested letter.
I paid for higher configuration pc they had sent lower configuration pc.
They are wasting my time and mentally suffering
No proper response from Amazon customer care
Please help me to get money back from Amazon
