I have stayed in Delhi last month where I ordered a hard disk through Amazon. While receiving the parcel if found that it was too weight less, was already opened from the back and was empty. As it was lock down there I was supposed to move to my native the next day. I asked my friends who was in Delhi to do further procedures. But the amazon customer care is replying like it can’t be replaced and it’s not their fault.
