I had ordered Bajaj Ultima PT01 200mm Table Fan (White…) for the amount Rs 1235/- on 17th September 2020 from Amazon. Order# 407-1614102-5861132. I at least contacted Amazon numerous times stating I have received the wrong product instead of the fan. Whenever they send the person to pick up they left without picking up the item and states that Amazon has to write a mail to DC. On 6th October when I contacted again the representative states she did not have proper address in the system. I explained that my system as well the mobile app are showing the address how come Amazon did not have the address. I was totally disappointed and also the Manager refused to speak to me and I had to end the call without getting any proper resolution. Please help and advise what I need to do to return the item
