I have ordered Z59 ultra smart watch. I have received another product. I have complaint through WhatsApp support and send photos of received product. After complaints, they are trying to convince me to keep received product. I have clearly asked them either provided ordered product or refund my money. After this they have stop replying me and even didn’t pickup my calls. After three days, I have complaints on Instagram and write some hard word on WhatsApp. They again ask for received product video. I have given video. They again stop replying of chats and calls. Nice way to do fraud with customers.
