Text of Complaint by Debasmita Das:

I have ordered an USHA allure DLX Sewing Machine (white) on 07.07.2021 @Rs.13,775/- but received a Sleeper. Then I immediately make a return request on 14.07.21 through the Customer Service. They have taken time up to 24 July. After that they told me that return date is ended and your return request is cancelled. After that I again contact him through Email through lodging FIR process and send my Identity proof to resolve it as per their instruction. But again replied that ID is mismatching. Like this despite of several times attam I failure to get my original product i.e. USHA allure DLX Sewing Machine or Money Back. So my kind request you to resolve my problem. Otherwise I will make a Consumer Case regarding above.
