Sir,
I ordered for a three piece kurta set from clothingcrew.in. order number ccw6668 on 27th Aug 2022. I got a confirmation call the next day. It was a COD. I requested the customer service person for two things.
1. To change the ordered product size to a bigger size.
2. To postpone the date of delivery as I was out of station.( because it was a COD)
But I received the product on the same date mentioned while ordering. I had to request my neighbor to pay for it (Rs. 1450). When I returned, I checked the product and I had received 2 sarees instead of the product I had ordered. I tried to contact the customer care by all modes but no response atall.
They had sent a confirmation message after ordering and delivering the product through E-mail. But no one responses back when I asked them to give me call back theough the same mail. I couldn’t return the product too.
