Received wrong product and generated return 1.5 months ago, but the pick up has not been collected yet

I have ordered 2 safari trolly bag of M (65 cm) size from flipkart. The order was prepaid on EMI based, by paying processing fees, GST including file charges too. The order has been delivered 5 days late. The order was wrongfully delivered, having 1 S size and 1 M size bag. So, I have generate a return request on 6th July 2023.

I have contacted more than 100 times to the customer support regarding pick up of return of this order. Every time I called them, they provide new date. 4 to 5 times, they have cancelled the return, stated that the customer want to cancelled it. But, till today, 21/08/2023 (its almost more than a 1.5 months), my return has not been picked up. My EMI has been generated, processing fees and other charges with GST has been deducted from my account. My statemnt of credit card has been generated too. And due date for the payment of 1st EMI has been declared too.

Till yet, pick up has not been done by the courior servise.

Kindly help me to come out from this. I am totally mentally harrassed just because I have called them 4-5 times in a single day, then and then only I was able to talk with them only once.
Please help me to get out from this.
