Text of Complaint by Ankita:

I purchased cargo jeans priced at Rs 899 on November 26, 2023. Despite placing the order, I did not receive any confirmation via text or email. Unexpectedly, on December 13, 2023, I received the following message: “Ekart Update: FashionRoar adjustable fit… with tracking ID STOC9000559628 from SHIFTO, will be delivered today before 9 pm (call 07969200076, PIN 130).” Please see below screen shots and instead please help me get it returned my money back
