received a phone stand instead of what i ordered

I have ordered oxbar international vape online
C.O.D delivery was there so I have placed the order on 12.08.2023
I have recvied call from delivery boy asking to pay online or G.Pay
I told that I have taken C.O.D so u will gat cash only and my staaf had paid cash to him.
Ii was traveling for that days yesterday when came back that time i open it and saw its was mobile stand and most importantly there website is also not working. Kindly do the needful and refund my cash and do not cheat other people like this and pls refund all of us.
