I ordered motorola g62 phone. And I received wrong product realme c33 phone which I didn’t ordered. I ordered my phone on 20 July 2023 and I received the product on 21 july 2023. Iam requesting for return since 21 july 2023 and my request keeps getting rejected despite me providing them with all the details and images of the wrong product which I received. I have requested for more than 7 times, messaged several times to flipkart customer care and even talked with customer care on phone for more than 7 times since 21 july 2023. They’re not providing me with any reason or issue as to why my return requests keep getting rejected. They’re saying the return policy has ended which is valid till 7 days after the product is received. But iam requesting for return since day 1 since is received the product and they keep rejecting it. They’re not also providing with the name Or website of who the seller is.
