I placed an Order (Order No. UNC22103697) from Unique Collection in March 2020. The item got dispatched from Noida and the same was deleivered via Shiprocket courier service. However, the concern is that I received the wrong item from the one I actually ordered.
The item ordered by me was Nike shoes of white color, and the one I received was Black color shoes of some local brand.
I have many a times tried to call the person at the shop, he advised me that the product will be returned once lockdown situation gets over. Now, he has left the job and gave me another number to contact, but it temporarily suspended since last 15 days.
I already requested return in March itself via Request no. 4F0224104250
Please help in getting the product return and process my refund as soon as possible.
