I ordered Utility Ix9 Pants Trousers Rip Stop Work Outdoor Techwear Hiking Pantalon worth Rs. 799 from Brand Villa, which was being advertised on Instagram, a social media platform. I received the order today, but it was packed multiple times, all with different bills, names and addresses. The product also received was different. I visited their portal https://onlybrands.myshopline.com/, which is being named differently as Only Brands, which was named as Brand Villa initially, at one place as Faction Hut. The contact info provided on the website are false as the number mentioned on their website (1800 927 7722) is presumably wrong. Also the address mentioned on their website SCO 119 NEHRU MARKET /
KUNJ VASANT NEW DELHI cannot be found anywhere on Google Maps. Please do something. I am not sure, but looking at the amount of complaint raised here against the same company/individual/organisation, it doesn’t seems they are doing fair on their part.
