I ordered two sarees from Sareekun.com website but received wrong product yesterday tried to access their website but website not available need refund on my order please help me to resolve

THIS IS ROOPALI AGRAWAL HAVING MAIL ID agrawalsbabu@gmail.com HAD ORDERED A BAG FROM CAPRESE WORTH RS. 2049, ORDER ID IS 406-8467991-4316336 WHICH WAS RECEIVED WRONG CAPRESE PRODUCT FOR WHICH I RAISED THE COMPLAINT NEXT DAY AND ALSO UPLOADED THE PHOTO FOR CONFIRMATION , CUSTOMER CARE CREATED THE RETURN FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT, AND WHEN DELIVERY EXECUTIVE CAME FOR PICKUP , HE DID NOT EVEN CALL OR MESSAGE AND PICKED THE WRONG BRAND NEW PURCHASED PRODUCT , WHEN I CALLED AND VISIT THE PICKUP AGENT OFFICE, HE SAID HE WILL NOT RETURN THE WRONG PICKUP PRODUCT, AND SINCE THAT DAY I WAS RAISING AND ASKING ABOUT THE REFUNDS FROM CUSTOMER CARE THEY DID NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO ME AND DISCONNECTING MY CALL AGAIN SAYING THEY CANT REFUND, AND THIS MISTAKE OF PICKUP IS FROM YOUR PART AND MY NEW PURCHASED PRODUCT WORTH RS. 2100 WAS PICKED UP BY YOUR AGENT WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME, AS I AM PRIME MEMBER SINCE 3 YEARS , I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS KIND OF REACTION FROM AMAZON, PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, PLEASE CONTACT ME ON MY REGISTERED NUMBER.
