I have ordered yellow suit and instead I got ripped used jeans so I called meesho and explained whole issue to agent and he asked to cancel return since it’s a garbage product so it will not be picked up and I did that later on that agent created case for my issue and asked me to wait for 48 hrs and I have patiently waited then I got mail to update bank details again I did that then I called them after 3 days and they said your claim is denied we can’t help you.

I have made several calls to them but no one help me.
Then I created return request which was rejected by delivery agent he refused to collect since that was different product.

I need help because I have got wrong used Product and they denied to issue my refund.

I have ordered many things from meesho but this seller is fraud who has sent me wrong product and many people added the same review on their website 🤬🤬😭😭😭
Please help
