We had orderded a JBL wirless earphone on 30th Jun’23. But when we had received inside the package product was different i.e. Boat Wirless earphone. So we had received a completely different & old used product. For this we had raised a complaint on 3rd Feb’23. Almost 18 days has already gone still the issue not yet resolved.
