I placed an order for a HIGHLANDER Men Slim Fit Printed Spread Collar Formal Shirt on June 16 at Flipkart. The purchase was delivered on June 21, but when I opened the package, there was another item inside instead of the shirt. I thus filed a return request with the reason “wrong product received,” but the seller denied it. When I called a senior Flipkart employee, ABHHA, they immediately declined to take any action against the seller and refused to assist me in filing the return request. They claimed there was no way to intervene. According to them, I have lost all of my money, time, and everything. Abhha and the entire Flipkart customer service crew, please file an action against them. Please see my order information and contact details below.
