On 14th may 2023 ,I ordered British rose with essence of handpicked roses fragrance-light pink colour but on 16th may2023 i received the British rose floral and fragrance-green colour-vegan . I connected to Lakshmi customer executive (employee of Flipkart) ,she lied and said we sent you the write product, Flipkart is not accepting their mistake and not ready to exchange the product. I am attaching both the pics of what ordered and what i received.please take strict action against these.
