I ordered a 48v phantom power unit for my bm 800 mic from flipkart. what was delivered was a metal thing called a guitar capo. the package looked suspiciusly small and thin so i made a video of the package-opening and that is the evidence i have. filed a return and refund claim with flipkart (incident no. IN23050109233188288368) and they finally sent a courier guy 3 days later. he wanted to see the product and then refused to accept it saying that he was instructed to pick up some sort of power adapter and not a guitar capo and went away. I contact customer support and they said they are trying to resolve the issue. then later yesterday night i got an SMS from the courier people saying that the item was not picked up because it was damaged. I contacted cust support again with fresh pictures of the totally undamaged product. we don’t know what game is being played here. we are sincerely hoping that our money is refunded soon and this useless wrong product be taken away asap. firstly all our hopes were broken when we didnt get the item we needed so much and now the issue-resolution process is being needlessly complicated by the concerned parties. We simply cannot support this kind of harassment.
