I ordered full sleeve solid men jacket from flipkart on 30th sept 2022. Today(5th Oct 2022) I received item on package mentioned full sleeve solid men jacket, but inside I can see kid night pant. I paid Rs 1.1k for jacket, but I received wrong item. I made return request and contacted customer support. But they don’t have authority to solve such issues. They told wait for 3days. What the hell is happening with Flipkart. I need refund + compensation. Because of there mistake I need to wait with wrong item. Same thing once happen with Amazon, they resolved within 1hours and picked up return. I don’t buy further with Flipkart, and suggest friend to boycott Flipkart.
